ANA HAJI COMMUNITY CARD
Terms & Conditions

A rewards program with the title of ANA HAJI COMMUNITY CARD (the card) has been introduced, lunched and operated by ANA HAJI SERVICES COMPANY (A sister concern of ANA HAJI Group). The rewards program is sole intellectual property of ANA HAJI SERVICES COMPANY. The rewards program is restricted only to umrah packages at ANA HAJI Service Center.  As a registered card holder you will earn points on qualifying purchases at the designated outlets, shopping centre in Karachi and throughout Pakistan on customized merchant network of ANA HAJI Community card. Total points earned shall be helpful for availing of desired hajj or umrah packages and get special benefits to use this card. 

On purchase of commodities or goods you will pay the money to the seller (Approved Merchant Network), and exhibit him your community card who shall sweep up through an electronic apparatus (POS) and on the spot he will generate your rewards to sweep this community card on your rewards account against your purchase. Each card holder can access his statement to check his rewards account on website www.anahaji.com The card shall remain valid for two years from the date of enrolment. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The cardholder should prove himself that he/she is 18 and above, agrees to provide true and accurate personal data; and agrees to use the card and abide by the terms and conditions.  Any failure on the part of cardholder the management shall have the exclusive right to terminate cardholder’s account.
  2. On signing of this processing form, the applicant is ready to pay processing charges Rs. 999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) which will be treated as non refundable token amount on account of Applicant’s Umrah Package, that amount could be reimbursed in Umrah package of applicant within the validity period of community card.
  3. The management reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any or all of the ANA HAJI Community Cards issued; refuse to award Points; withdraw Points; refuse the right to redeem Points collected for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for the purchases without prior notice.
  4. Each successful applicant will receive the ANA HAJI Community Card within 21 working days. If the successful applicant does not receive notification or the card within 21 working days, it is the responsibility of the applicant to contact the Management to seek assistance.
  5. On signing of this processing form, the applicant has been agreed to pay Rs. 999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) on account of card charges, delivery charges, packaging & promotional material or any other cost which is incurred in any manner.
  6. The card holder can purchase Umrah package from ANA HAJI SERVICES COMPANY to use or redeem their loyalty at ANA HAJI Umrah Service Center.
  7. The card holder can use rewards or loyalty points as full or part payment of Umrah package.
  8. The card holder can redeem their rewards or loyalty points to attend activities & events of ANA HAJI Community.
  9. The card holder can redeem their rewards or loyalty points to avail social services & benefits of ANA HAJI Community.
  10. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, a duplicate card shall be issued after subtracting the 1500 points you earned or on payment of cost as the case may be. 
  11. The cardholder shall be at liberty to purchase commodities from any (Approved Merchant Network) designated outlets, shops, and shopping centers and after the payment he shall produce the card to the counter / cashier and he will sweep it through an electronic apparatus (POS).  On the spot the cardholder shall be informed of the points he earned.  Cardholder can also access the website to see his personal statement of points earned by him.
  12. It is strongly suggested that card holder should himself find out and compare the price, cost of service, quality and standard of commodities and take any other factor into consideration before making the purchase.
  13. By using your ANA HAJI Community Card in any of the Programs' participating outlets for the purpose of earning Points, you implicitly accept automatically provide acceptance of the Program along with its rules, terms and conditions.
  14. The management is not responsible for errors resulting from computer hardware or software, failures or fraud.
  15. The terms and conditions may be modified, altered, amended in view of circumstances force the management to do so.
  16. The Management reserves the right to modify or close the Program, or to change, cancel or withdraw any of its terms and conditions, without assigning any reason whatsoever at any point of time at its own discretion. It reserves the right to discontinue Program Loyalty’s existing or new temporarily or permanently for a period of time, as decided by the management
  17. The points earned by a cardholder are non-transferable but can be used or redeemed for immediate family members or blood relatives. The points used / redeemed / transferred shall be subtracted from his accrued total points.
  18. Acceptance of the card can be refused if the card holder is found involved in any act of fraud, counterfeiting, cheating, or any cognizable offence.
  19. Every cardholder shall be responsible for loss, damage or theft of card or reward certificate.  It is the responsibility of cardholder to report any loss, damage or theft immediately to ANA HAJI Helpline number.
  20. Benefits, activities, features and offers made to you through the Program may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation. The Management will not be responsible for any liability arising from such situations.
  21. A duplicate card may be issued (for remaining period out of 24 months) after subtraction of 1500 points from accrued points, and where the points accrued are less than 1500 the cost of card can be charged.
  22. Any cardholder who has not used the card within 90 days period shall be deemed inactive and no statement of points shall be displayed on website.
  23. All points earned by cardholder are valid for 24 months from the date of enrolment.   Upon completion of 24 months, the validity of all unused points will expire and shall not qualify for redemption or shall not be carried forward, even shall not be exchanged for cash.
  24. ANA HAJI reward certificate(s) will be issued on request of card holder at any time or card holder can generate reward certificate through website www.anahaji.com. This reward certificate cannot be surrendered in terms of money or cannot be exchanged for cash. This certificate shall remain valid till the validity of card.
  25. Any member holding the reward certificate can avail umrah package to use or redeem certificate value as part payment by presenting it to ANA HAJI SERVICES COMPANY.
  26. The program (ANA HAJI Community Card) is devised only for availing of the umrah packages on Brocher price rate based on total points earned by a cardholder.
  27. The community card shall always remain the property of ANA HAJI SERVICES COMPANY.
  28. The terms and conditions are available on website www.anahaji.com and shall be binding upon the cardholders.
  29. In case of any dispute, clarification, or any explanation the decision of the management shall be final and binding upon cardholders.
