What is ANA HAJI COMMUNITY?

ANA HAJI Community is the Shariah Compliant project of ANA HAJI Services Company (AHSC), with an aim to facilitate its members by providing services, recreational activities and ANA HAJI Community Card. The Ana Haji Services Company (AHSC) being an owner of this social business venture is trying to facilitate religious minded peoples with cooperation of their technology parner such as Orix and associate partners such as Travelink and Elahians’ Group.

Serving every minute for establishing a healthy society, ANA HAJI Community provides opportunity to perform “Free Umrah” and helps its members, when needed

The Community provides the promising recreational activities to your family and offers solutions. By becoming a member of Ana Haji Community your family members will grow socially.

What is ANA HAJI COMMUNITY CARD?

ANA HAJI Community Card is a rewards program, which is providing you an opportunity to change you’re spending into saving. ANA HAJI Community Card is a social business venture & intellectual property of ANA HAJI Services Company. The social business venture is specially designed to serve & facilitate Hajji’s in any manner.

Membership of ANA HAJI Community is very easy, you just have to fill a form available on website or visit ANA HAJI Service center. Once you get yourself registered, ANA HAJI Community Card will be provided to you as your identity being a member of ANA HAJI Community.

After successful registration as member you’ll get community card & from that point your spending will convert into savings.

By shopping at ANA HAJI partnered stores the reward points will be added to your community card account as savings and you and your family can perform free Umrah through it.

You can earn bonus points by inviting some-one to become ANA HAJI Community member. Further you can earn more reward during special promotions offered by our participating stores.

The ANA HAJI rewards program adds value to your shopping experience by offering great rewards and benefits. By signing up for the program, you get:

There are three different ways to enroll in the program:

  • Via a printed processing form, which is available at AHSC Service Centre
  • Call our Tele sales officer to get free processing on 021 356 44 444
  • Through online registration on the ANA HAJI website www.anahaji.com

Is there any membership of ANA HAJI Community?

ANA HAJI Community Membership is absolutely free. Just visit at AHSC service centre or dial our helpline or through sign up at our website, and you're ready to enjoy the program.

Is there any processing fee or registration charge to get ANA HAJI membership?

On signing of processing form applicant will pay processing charges Rs. 999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) which will be treated as non refundable token amount on account of Applicant’s Umrah Package and amount could be reimbursed in Umrah package of applicant within the validity period of community card.

What happens after I sign up?

In any option of registration process, our customer service officer will coordinate till card will deliver, approximately process will complete within 21 working days.

If you signed up online, your temporary membership number will be delivered to your email address & you can track your membership card process.

Is there any fee or charge to get Community Card?

The member will pay Rs. 999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) on account of plastic card, delivery charges, packaging, loyalty back end solution, network career & promotional material or any other cost which is incurred in any manner.

The application asked for personal information. What about my privacy?

Your privacy is important to us. We restrict access to non-public personal information about our members and maintain strict procedural safeguards to protect it.

Does ANA HAJI offer a family membership option?

At present, ANA HAJI is for individual members only but you can change membership status after successful process of your community card.

My membership information has changed. How do I update my profile?

You can update your ANA HAJI Membership Profile by logging into your account online at www.anahaji.com or by contacting customer service officer on ANA HAJI Help-line number 021 356 44 444.

Can you send me my membership card by courier?

We've had a reliable experience sending ANA HAJI Community Cards through the post, so you should have no trouble receiving yours by regular mail.

My Community card looks like a credit card. Can I use it like one?

No, your ANA HAJI Community card is not a credit card, and cannot be used as a method of payment. Present it along with your payment at the time of purchase at participating outlets to earn points towards great rewards.

Can my ANA HAJI Community Card ever become inactive?

Your ANA HAJI Community Card is considered inactive if there are no transactions in the account for a period of 03 months. However, points that are in your account remain current for a period of 24 months. If you don't reactivate your membership during this period, the points expire. To reactivate your account you should contact to customer service officer at ANA HAJI Help-line number 021 356 44 444.

Is it any activation charges?

The activation charges will deduct from your loyalty account @ 135/month

I lost my membership card. How do I get a replacement?

To order a replacement card, call to customer service officer at Help-line number or launch your request on www.anahaji.com. A replacement card costs 1500 points, which will be deducted from your account or you can pay to use any other payment option.

If I request a replacement card, will it have the same account number?

In the interest of your security, replacement cards will have a new account number.

Since my replacement card has a new account number, what happens to the accumulated points on my old card?

Don't worry – the points from your old card will be carried forward to the new account number.

How do I earn points?

To start earning points, simply show your ANA HAJI Community Card each time you shop, dine or play at any of our participating outlets.

On what products can I earn points?

With ANA HAJI, you can earn points on all products except those from which you already benefit through other program or co-marketing partnerships.

How many points do I earn for my purchases?

The number of points you earn depends on the amount, merchant, product and period of your purchase, and the brand at which it is made.

Can I earn and redeem ANA HAJI points across the different countries in which the Program operates?

At the moment, ANA HAJI points can be earned and redeemed only in the country where your Community Card was issued.

Can I earn points if I don't have my ANA HAJI Community Card or number at hand?

You cannot earn points without showing your Community Card.

What's the difference between Base and Bonus Points?

Base Points are points earned on everyday transactions during sale and non-sale periods. Bonus Points are special points awarded during a promotion, merchant offers or on your shopping limit, for example: 'Earn a bonus 200 points during the month of May' OR 'Earn a bonus 200 points to buy something from ABC merchant during the month of May'.

How long does it take for points to reflect in my account?

Points reach your account 7 days after you make your purchase.

How soon can I use my points after purchase?

Points are available for redemption 14 days after a purchase is made.

Can I transfer ANA HAJI points?

No, you cannot transfer your ANA HAJI points.

If I return a purchase, what happens to the ANA HAJI points I earned on it?

If you return a purchase for a cash refund or credit note, the ANA HAJI points earned will be reversed from your account. When you present a credit note for another purchase, you qualify to earn ANA HAJI points against that new purchase.

I forgot to present my membership card at the time of purchase. Can I submit any proof of purchase and earn points retrospectively?

No, ANA HAJI points cannot be earned retrospectively. You must present your card at the time of purchase to earn points.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance in three ways:

  1. Call the Helpline number 021 356 44 444 and quote your membership number
  2. Log on to www.anahaji.com to check the details yourself. You need to pre-register to access your account information.
  3. You can get complete info to visit our Customer Service Center during working hours.

When do my points expire?

Base, Bonus and Miscellaneous points are valid for 24 months from the date they were earned. Once expired, points cannot be credited back to your account

How many points do I need to get a Rewards Certificate?

You need to have accumulated at least 2500 points to receive a Rewards Certificate.

Until when is my Rewards Certificate valid?

You get your Rewards Certificate once each quarter by email or post, depending on the preference indicated on your application form.

What should I do if I've lost or not received my Rewards Certificate?

Check the Rewards Certificate for the dates of validity. Certificates that have passed their expiration date can't be redeemed.

My Rewards Certificate is going to expire before I'm able to use it. Can I request an extension of validity?

Yes, you can contact the Helpline number 021 356 44 444 to request an extension of validity.

Can I put my upcoming quarterly Rewards Certificate on hold?

Sure. Just contact the Helpline number 021 356 44 444 to ask for your Rewards Certificate to be put on hold, and it will be sent to you during the following quarter. Note that a Rewards Certificate can't be put on hold for longer than 90 days, and the on-hold request can be made only once a year.

How do I redeem my Rewards Certificate?

You can redeem your Rewards Certificate at our ANA HAJI Hajj & Umrah Customer Service Centre. For your own security, you also need to present your ANA HAJI Community Card at this time.

Will I earn points when redeeming my rewards certificate?

No, you don't earn points when redeeming your rewards certificate.

For which products can I redeem my Rewards Certificate?

You can redeem your Rewards Certificate for Umrah package confirmation only from our ANA HAJI Hajj & Umrah Service Centre.
